Tuberculous mastitis and invasive breast cancers are known to co-exist or occur in the independently of each other, albeit former being less common developed countries. with its clinical presentation morphological features can caricature carcinoma. The overlapping tuberculous metaplastic squamous cell carcinoma often lead to, if no due diligence discretion is used, bewildering misinterpretation vicissitude diagnostic implications ensuing catastrophic perilous ramifications. A 42-year-old woman presented exophytic growth extensive areas ulceration. Clinically, lesion was diagnosed as disseminated based on features, which surgically resected. On histological examination, Thecase here displays vagary involved diagnosis inasmuch it shares a devastatingly variant duct carcinoma, inadvertent eschewing misapprehending may engender devastating prognostic implications.
